The Lao Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Embassy of Vietnam and Vietnam’s representative agencies in Lao, leaders of Vientiane City and people in Saysettha and Hat Kieng hamlet on May 23 attended an opening ceremony for the largest Tuynel brick manufactory in Lao by an overseas Vietnamese person.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Mayor of Vientiane Somvandi Nanthavong said that the operation of the manufactory would create more factors to reach four breakthroughs set by the resolution of the 9th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party. Moreover, the operation of the manufactory also contributes to the friendly relationship between Vietnam – Lao and joins hands to develop the economy for wealthy peoples, strong countries and mutual benefits.
