On the occasion of the 122nd birthday of Uncle Ho, the Embassy of Vietnam in Poland on May 19 organized the inauguration ceremony of a commemorative house for President Ho Chi Minh.
The ceremony was fully attended by representatives from associations of overseas Vietnamese in Poland.
On behalf of representative agencies of Vietnam in Poland, Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Hoang thanked those attending the ceremony. At the same time, the ambassador also remarked on the great merits of Uncle Ho in the cause of the national liberation and construction. The ambassador also talked about the purpose and significance of building the commemorative house for Uncle Ho at the headquarters of the Vietnamese Embassy. On this occasion, he also thanked those who have helped the Vietnamese Embassy.
During the ceremony, the delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy and Associations of overseas Vietnamese in Poland burnt incense to show respect and commemorate the father of the nation, and reminisced about impressive memories of meetings with President Ho Chi Minh.
Building the commemorative house for President Ho Chi Minh was the wish of the Embassy of Vietnam as well as the Community of overseas Vietnamese in Poland, and it is a practical activity to respond the campaign “Study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” and celebrate the 122nd birthday of Uncle Ho (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2012)
