    All eight Vietnamese win APhO medals

    According to the Ministry of Education and Training, all eight Vietnamese students who competed in the 13th Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO) in India won medals, including one gold medal, five silver and two bronze medals.

    The only gold medal went to Le Huy Quang from Lam Son Gifted School, five silver medals to Dinh Ngoc Hai (Bien Hoa Gifted School), Dinh Viet Thang (Le Hong Phong Gifted School), Ngo Phi Long (Son La Gifted School), Tran Tan Hoang Bao (Le Quy Don Gifted School) and Nguyen Dinh Vinh Thanh (Vinh Phuc Gifted School) while the remaining two bronze medals were given to Bui Xuan Hien (Le Hong Phong Gifted School) and Tran Duc Dung (Gifted School of Science).

    At last year's competition, the Vietnamese team took two bronze medals and three certificates of merit./.
