    Thai Binh province gives vocational training to 4,500 labourers

    In the first three months of 2012, 4,520 labourers of the northern province of Thai Binh were given vocational training, the provincial Department of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs reported.

    The labourers mainly chose training for the clothing, mechanical, breeding and embroidering industries.

    The province aims to provide vocational training for 33,200 labourers in the whole year, raising the number of trained labourers to 47.5%, by expanding vocational training centres beyond the current 50 centres.

    Last year, 33,000 labourers in the province received vocational training, increasing the number of trained labourers to 45.6%./.
