Vietnamese State President Nguyen Minh Triet on Thursday cabled a message of condolences to Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari over the plane crash in Pakistan on July 28.

It was reported that the Airblue Airbus A321 was carrying 146 passengers and six crew when it crashed in hills north of the city early this morning in foggy and wet conditions.

Recovery operations are being hampered by bad weather while the crash site on a steep hill has no roads accessing it.
