    Answer:
    My Chau – Trong Thuy is a famous legend related to the establishment and collapse of the Au Lac state. The following is the story.
    The Au Lac state was ruled by the King An Duong Vuong. His daughter’s name was My Chau who was pretty and at the age of being love. The king has the only daughter so he treated her with kindness and consideration.>>>
    Question: Can you describe Vietnam’s main achievements in the fields of national defence after nearly 20 years of the Doi Moi (Renewal) process?
    Answer:
    - In addition to the stabilising policital and social situation, the country has consolidated and strengthened national defence and security. The armed forces and the people have made every effort to maitain independence, sovereignty, territorial interity, and ensure national security. The army and the police have been reorganised in line with national development. The country has also reached many achievements in combining national defence and security, economic development and foreign affairs.>>>

    Answer:
    The creation of a national flag and national anthem affirmed the establishment of a Democratic Republic of Vietnam and manifested the will of an independent and united nation under the red flag with a five-pointed gold star in the middle. It also encouraged the whole nation to unite to save the country and to overcome difficulties in the national building and defence.>>>
    Question: In which National Assembly was the “Tien quan ca” chosen as Vietnamese national anthem?
    Answer:
    In 1946, the first National Assembly decided to choose the song “Tien quan ca” as the national anthem. Article 3 of the first constitution of Vietnam reads that the national anthem is the “Tien quan ca”. In the fifth session of the 1st National Assembly which took place from September 15th to 20th 1955, the author of the song was invited to make some alterations to its words.>>>

    Question: When and where did President Ho Chi Minh write the Independence Declaration?
    Answer:
    In the morning on August 26, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh convened and chaired a working session of the Standing Committee of the the Central Party Committee at House No 48, Hang Ngang Street in Ha Noi. He agreed with the Standing Committee on the guidelines for internal affairs and foreign affairs in the new context and on announcing the list of the interim Government’s members soon.>>>

    Question: Can you describe Mai Thúc Loan’s revolt?
    Answer:
    Mai Thúc Loan was a native of Mai Phụ, a salt-producing village in Thạch Hà (Hà Tĩnh). After the death of his father, he and his mother moved to the Ngoc Trung region (Nam Đàn, Nghệ An province). He had to earn his living by collecting firewood for sale or working as hired agricultural labour for rich people. He was an intelligent and very strong person, a famous wrestler in his village and the surrounding areas. Like others, he had to perform covees as ordered by the Tang Court.>>>
    Question: Can you briefly give some information about Vietnam in the primitive age?
    Answer:
    In the drawn of the history, Vietnam was the homeland of the human beings. The remains of anthropoids have been discovered in northern Lang Son province. Many tools belonging to the Paleolithic people have also been found in central Thanh Hoa province. These are the most ancient traces of the primitive age in Vietnam, which existed thousands years ago.>>>
    Question: Which architectural features are situated at Hung Kings historical site?
    Answer:
    - The gate of the temple was built in 1917.
    - The Ha Temple (The Lower Temple) was built in the 17th century. According to a legend, it was here that Lady Au Co gave birth to 100 children from which 100 children came into beging. The meaning of the “dong bao” (fellow-citizen) originated from here. The relic of the pond named “Mat rong” (dragon’s eye) where Lady Au Co incubated is still in the back of the temple.>>>

    Hung Kings Temple site is located in Co Tich hamlet, Hy Cuong village, Lam Thao district, northern midland province of Phu Tho. It is the place where people worshipped Hung Kings who had made contributions to setting up the country and were ancestors of the nation.>>>

    After the victory of the nine-year struggle against the French colonialists, Uncle Ho returned to the northernmost Viet Bac base from Hanoi capital. On the way, he dropped in at the Hung Kings temple. In the evening of September 18th 1954, he stayed at Gieng temple - a relic at the historical site of the Hung Kings’ Temple. On September 19th 1954, Uncle Ho talked this sentence to soliders of Brigade No 308 (Vanguard Brigade) when they were on their way to take over the capital.>>>

    Lý Bôn (alias Lý Bí) was a native of Long Hưng (Thái Bình province). He was born on October 17th, 503 A.D to a local notable. When he was five years old, his father died, and two years after, his mother died. A Buddhist monk at Linh Bảo pagoda, who found him a smart boy, adopted him. After ten years of assiduous learning under the guidance of the monk, Lý Bí became a man whose profound knowledge was unmatched by many, both in politics and martial arts, and was subsequently elevated to the rank of local leader. >>>
    The Nature of Vietnam
    Vietnam’s nature is very diverse. Apart from geology and topography, the most conservative elements, climate plays a decisive role in the shaping of natural landscapes and the lives of the inhabitants.
    The Hung Kings and the Kingdom of Van Lang
    Archaeological discoveries, especially the unearthing of a series of Neolithic site along the Red River between Phu Tho province and the suburbs of Hanoi, legends recorded in historical annals, and observations in ancient Chinese books have suppied fairly precise information, which tallies closely on the beginning of Vietnamese history.
    The Au Lac Kingdom
    While the Lac Viet became organized on the plains and in coastal regions, they maintained interchanges with the Tay Au (or Au Viet who lived in the mountain regions of the present-day Viet Bac and also in some parts of present-day of present-day Kwangsi in China).
